Mr. Tan is a graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in mechanical engineering. His work experience encompasses being president of Pacific Power Corp. in the Philippines and a vice-presidency of Operations for Engineering Corp. Philippines.

Manuel Vergel III. Mr. Vergel has extensive experience in the Run-of-River mini-hydro power station industry in the Philippines. He has completed numerous feasibility studies, detailed engineering design and implementation supervision, and has lectured extensively and conducted numerous training workshops and seminars. He also has a network of qualified consultants to carry out any of the steps involved in developing these projects.
